The ProBell's centre bar is knurled (textured) for easy gripping and safety. The internal cam system locks or releases the number of weight plates that correspond to the weight you dial. Using the 5 to 30 system as the example, dial 5 pounds, and you get the ProBell handle without any plates. Dial 10 pounds, and the ProBell locks in a weight plate at each end. Dial 15, and two weight plates are locked in at each end. And so on. Chrome-plated, alloy weight plates are integral to the ProBell 30 Chrome System. You have all the advantages of traditional “dumbbells” without the drawbacks. Simply turn the dial and pick up the desired weight automatically 5lb. to 30lb. in 5lb. increments– no other adjustments, pins, collars, or hooks.
